Plus a little life update!
Hello hello! Finally back to the newsletter after two weeks, I needed to take a little break from writing while traveling! There’s been a lot of action in my personal life lately. First, I spent a week with my family and we welcomed miss Remi Mullen to the world, my NIECE! I am a first time auntie and very ready to spoil her.
This trip was followed by a few days with my best friend and her husband in Aruba. They graciously invited me to crash the second half of their vacation and I couldn’t say no! The water was crystal clear, the food was delicious, and I ate burrata three times out of the four days on the island.
Highlights Included:
Dinner at Gianni’s where I had pasta from a flaming wheel of parmigiano reggiano and an elaborate prosciutto presentation.
Madame Jeanette where I enjoyed a burger bigger than my face.
Renting a stand-up paddle board and seeing a starfish!
Excited to be back in the city to enjoy this stunning Spring weather. I always love to travel, but it’s nice to be back in a routine again. Looking forward to bringing you some new recipes to prep for spring and summer party season.
